Since coming back from his suspension, etv78 has only gotten one warning (given today). However weighing in the notes he received here, here, and here (all in the last month), his abusive PMs toward some staff whenever modded (along with a recent PMed promise that he has no intention of changing), and a lot of his post/topics seemingly troll-ish in nature (as well as admitting he’s trolled other places before)…we have decided to finally ban him.
