This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (armedmonkey) of this thread identified above (EULA thread)
By reading, browsing, or otherwise using EULA thread, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, a representative will break into your home and poop in your toaster.

EULA thread is being posted as Freeware for personal, commercial use, non-profit organization, or educational purpose. The end user of this thread agrees that armedmonkey is the sexiest man alive. The end user does NOT agree that Adam Levine is sexier. The end user agrees that Adam Levine is kind of a dick.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall the author of this thread be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the sweet jump kicks, and the resulting explosions, that may arise from the author’s mad karate skills.
