Even the loss of life isn't dampening my enjoyment

Well, ivylass, sometimes collateral damage is a necessary but unavoidable consequence of the Good Fight. I’m sure your MIL is proud of the sacrifice she was so lucky to be able to offer in our fight to wipe out Punta Gorda. Tell the truth: isn’t the world a better place without it?

Listen, jackass, it isn’t funny. People died, there were billions of dollars in property damage and you’re taking pleasure in the fact that you share a name with a destructive force of nature?

In some places you can’t even drive on the road due to blown trees and flooded mains. People can’t get a hold of loved ones, and you find this all amusing?

I realize no harm was intended, but since this is a sensitive subject to the folks in the affected area, I’m gonna close this.
