I feel a lot of things in my dreams…including pain. However i don’t think i can racall ever feeling actually tired in a dream…why that seems intresting to me i don’t know but does anyone else have dreams where they get sleepy? go to sleep?
Also if anyone knows about this field is 6 hours a decent amount of time for a nights sleep? Because thats what i get every night before getting up for school and i am SO incredibly tired on the mornings…I hope I’m not underslept…thanks for the feedback
I recently dreamt that I was suffering from insomnia; bizarre, stupid and pointless. I average 6-7 hours’ sleep during the week; when I’m sleeping well I’m fine in the morning but feel knackered if I have to do anything in the evening.
yes. I dream about being tired in my dreams. While awake I have a chronic fatique problem that is of unknown cause ; suddenly ,for no apparent reason, while awake, a weakness take over my whole body and lasts for hours , and is not relieved by resting. Recently I have been feeling this weakness while asleep , and this feeling enters into the dream I am having : I will dream that suddenly I can’t run away from a dangerous “foe” or that I am too tired to make love to my “dream lover” . This feeling is a real drag!

This is a sort of survey, so I’ll move this thread to IMHO.
All the effing time. Usually because I’m tired all the time when I’m awake, then suffer from insomnia for hours every night. By the time I finally fall asleep, I’m so tired, and frustrated at being tired, that I have many dreams where I’m drowsy and trying to sleep.
I sometimes dream that I am awake and walking around, but am completely unable to open my eyes (as if something is weighing down on my eyelids) - I always assumed that this was because I was somehow aware that my eyes were shut in reality.
I’ve been tired in a dream. One time, I dreamt that I was playing football, and could barely manage to stand up after falling down, i was that tired. This dream was particularly memorable because I was playing football with a box of corn starch…
Similar to ** Cheesesteak ** , I’ve dreamt of being physically exhausted - my legs too tired to stand up when I’ve fallen down, but I don’t recall ever feeling sleepy in a dream.
[hijack] Marginal dream interpretation note - I understand that the “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” dreams are supposed to be related to a feeling of failure or frustration in waking life. No wonder I have so many of them! [/hijack]
Sweet dreams!
Love,
Kn*ckers
Yes! I have dreams like that all the time-where there’s something I really want to do, or I’m going shopping, or reading something-just finding something really cool in general. And I can barely keep my eyes open long enough to get there.
I have occasionally dreamt that I woke up. And when that happens I’m really groggy in my dream. One time I dreamt that I awoke in a field, I sat up and looked into a giant mirror, and I saw that I wasn’t me but a girl from school, but I was so tired that I didn’t care, and went back to sleep.
Yes, I’ve dreamed that I couldn’t sleep and when I actually woke up, I was exhausted.
My former housemate and I once worked for the same theatre and we had a few nights of insanely late hours.
I dreamt that I was desperately looking for a place to take a nap, but couldn’t find one.
In the morning, my housemate complained that he dreamt about feeling exhausted at work and had tossed and turned all night.
We were loads of fun that day.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt drowsy in dreams, but the past two days, just before I wake up, I seem to be eating in my dreams, and it always tastes horrible.
Hey! I have dreamt of being groggy and drowsy in more than one ocassion. It didn’t necessarily correlate to having been extra tired before, though.
I don’t dream of being drowsy so much, but often I feel very sluggish, can’t run very fast etc.
