Very awkward title, but that’s the essential problem.
Here’s the file structure:
Cluster Descriptive Terms
1 + ball, + game, + cloud, + sky, + kite...
2 + left, + up, + down, + side-to-side...
... ...
5 + apple, + orange, + pear, + grape...
The Descriptive Terms field actually has 200+ words in it, and those terms above are just made up to show what my file looks like. I’m trying to import the file, which is a .csv file, into Excel 2007. I am able to do this, but I don’t get all the Descriptive Terms. It seems a variable number of words are left off, with some records missing only 30 words or so while others are missing most of the words. That “Descriptive Terms” field is being truncated somehow. I know it’s not the fault of the program creating the .csv file because when I looked at the raw file in Notepad, all the words are there.
What is keeping Excel 2007 from importing all words in the Descriptive Terms field? I tried to search for an answer, but no one else seems to know either :(. Those plus signs are part of the exported text. Could that be the culprit?
