My boss wants an Excel add-in or software package so he can do fancier graphs/charts. He specifically wants to be able to do a teeter-totter type chart with a moveable fulcrum. I’ve been looking on the 'net but haven’t found anything that I can tell includes that one and haven’t found much at all that looks promising. Anybody have any recommendations?
