I’m not sure if this can be done, but at work I’m thought of a computer guru and I hate to dissuade them of that image.
I have 52 files dated 2014 Week 1 through 2014 week 52. The files have five tabs to correspond to the days of the week. Each day is broken down into 16 segments and 16 categories.
I need to build a macro that will query the 52 files to create another spreadsheet to show the average # of calls in each segment and category over the year.
Reply thanks for the Reply. I will look into the Pivot Table when I am back at work tomorrow. Spreadsheets are normally out of my role at work but I try not to say no to the office manager when something is asked of me.
