In the State of South Carolina, is an estate’s executor required to provide an accounting to heirs of all the activity involved in settling the estate?

I find this listed as general duties for Executors in the USA:

• Keep accurate records. It is very important to keep accurate records of everything you do. You will need to create a final accounting, which the beneficiaries must review before the distribution of the estate can be finalized. The accounting should include any distributions and expenses as well as any income earned by the estate since the deceased died.

• File the final accounting with the court. Once the final accounting is approved by the beneficiaries and the court, the court will close the estate. File a final report with the court and close the estate.

I imagine the final filing is a publicly accessible document?

D. Summary Administration - Accounting Not Required. Estates that qualify for
summary administration are not required to file a final accounting. An estate qualifies for summary
administration when the net estate does not exceed ten thousand dollars or the personal
representative(s) is/are either the sole heir(s) (when the decedent did not have a will) or sole
devisee(s) (when the decedent had a will).1
