Ummm… What? I just came back from Jamaica a few weeks ago, and unless this was included in my flight I paid nothing at the airport.

Reading more in to this it seems some airlines will include this already while others do not. Odd that I never saw this mentioned anywhere, even the guide books, I don’t always carry the $35 they say you need, in cash.
