Explain cryptic song lyrics (if you can)

First up: “Me & Julio Down by the Schoolyard,” by Simon & Garfunkel:

The mama pajama rolled out of bed
And she ran to the police station
When the papa found out he began to shout
And he started the investigation
Its against the law
It was against the law
What the mama saw
It was against the law
 What did the mama see? Sex between minors? Gay sex (“Me & Julio”)? Heterosexual anal penetration?

From Wikipedia:
In a July 20, 1972 interview for Rolling Stone, Jon Landau asked: “What is it that the mama saw? The whole world wants to know.” Simon replied “I have no idea what it is… Something sexual is what I imagine, but when I say ‘something’, I never bothered to figure out what it was. Didn’t make any difference to me.”

 muttermutter . . . rassafrackinrassafrass . . . worse than Don McLean and “American Pie” . . .

How 'bout this one: “Glycerine,” by Bush.

Must be your skin that I’m sinkin in
Must be for real cause now I can feel
and I didn’t mind
it’s not my kind
not my time to wonder why
everything’s gone white
and everything’s grey
now your here now you away
I don’t want this
remember that
I’ll never forget where your at
don’t let the days go by
glycerine

I’m never alone
I’m alone all the time
are you at one
or do you lie
we live in a wheel
where everyone steals
but when we rise it’s like strawberry fields
What’s the word “glycerine” doing in there, right where you would expect a girl’s name to be? I’ve never heard of any woman named “Glycerine.”

well, whatever it was, it was against the law, and it involved two boys:

This refers to the narrator, not Julio.

I THINK I can explain the lyric “Goodbye Rosie, Queen of Corona” from the OP’s Simon song. The main thoroughfare of the Corona neighborhood of Queens, NYC, is Roosevelt Avenue. Since he’s “on [his] way, don’t know where [he’s] goin’”, he’s saying goodbye to his old haunts…
