Makes you appreciate clothing and especially shoes and how limiting it is not having them when there is snow on the ground. I do wonder if there was some way he could have protected his feet using natural materials. He could have gotten a lot more accomplished if he had foot protection. But without a knife or tool I guess that would be almost impossible.
Not something I’d do. Hypothermia can overwhelm a person very quickly. He does have some good survival skills. Getting that fire started made all the difference.
It’s not every day you see a naked guy start a fire with his teeth, cook his own feet, and enjoy an open air sauna under the stars.

Not a whole lot of materials around. If there was a lot of available grass, he could have braided some rope and tied grass mats around his feet.
Got a little too spiritual/preachy for my taste, but I certainly think there’s some value in getting away from our comforts once in a while.
I’ve done plenty of snow camping and even slept overnight in an igloo I built (with help). But I had clothes and a sleeping bag…
The only interesting bit was making fire with zero tools and while keeping all his toes (an impressive feat in that environment) but then he goes and cheats on the barbed wire.
