Were Ezra the fascist-sympathetic poet and Roscoe the legal scholar related? I know they weren’t brothers, but otherwise Google and Wiki have let me down.
Ezra Pound was born in Hailey, Idaho Territory, to Homer Loomis and Isabel Weston Pound. His grandfather was the Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin, Thaddeus C. Pound, who was born in Elk, PA to a Quaker couple, Elijah and Judith Pound, from Rochester, NY.
Roscoe Pound’s parents, Stephen B. and Laura Biddlecombe Pound, were from New York, but raised their children in Nebraska. Stephen Pound was the son of Nathan K. and Hannah Lane Pound, who were respectively from Massachusetts and Connecticut.
So a family connection between Ezra Pound and Roscoe Pound, if one can be traced at all, would have to go back at least several generations.
Cites I’m too lazy to make proper links for:

Erza Pound was from Idaho? I did not know that. Ignorance fought!
If you search Wikipedia for their histories, they are quite separate individuals.
Dammit! I refreshed before I posted. Curses.
