They may not want to get involved with setting up Massachusetts accounts for stuff like income tax, unemployment, etc. And if your health insurance is through a local PPO or HMO, that could be a problem too.
Cool. SO glad it worked out for you. Yeah, the business presence can be a big issue. It costs money to create/ maintain a business presence in another state.

That is the next stop. Once I have graduated with my masters, we are starting the application process. It has just taken a little longer to get my education finished then I originally planned. But having the degrees will really help our apps. We haven’t given up on that yet.
Speaking from experience, don’t set one foot on the way until you have a job first.
