Are there any good studies and/or articles about either fraudulent sites on Facebook that are actually there to gather personal information or to drive up hits and “Shares” for the purpose of selling off that site?
I apologize if I’m telling you something you already know, but what you’re describing is often termed “like farming”. Googling that turns up a lot of resources, though I’m not sure if they get exactly at what you’re looking for.
