if you were to design a factory where work flows smoothly , parts are within easy reach of employees and is cheap to operate what would be the most efficient design ?
Depends on what you’re making. Clothing production takes a slightly difference setup than auto production. Plus, some industries are highly automated while others still require an actual person doing the assembly.
