Factual question about the movie 13 Ghosts (semi spoilers)

When the husband (can’t remember his name, but he’s the taxi driver from Wings) is told that his wife is the 4th ghosts, he punches that guy. The guy falls to the floor and the camera shows them talking (while he is still on the floor with his head propped up on the wall). Directly behind him (where his head is propped up) is black, I thought it was just black wall, but someone made me stop and reverse the DVD becuase they thought they saw something. Sure enough, you can clearly see the reflection of a person with headphones. My question is: is this intentional? I’m pretty sure it’s a mistake, it looks like a reflection of the producer but I could be wrong. It so clear and in the shot for long enough that you’d think if it was an accident they would have caught it and I’d imagine it can’t be at all difficult to edit that out, especially considering all the special effects in the movie. Any ideas? Anyone notice?

This was a flub on the moviemaker’s part. I actually got to ask the director at a horror convention how they were able to avoid reflections of cameras and crew in all the glass. No computer effects- just careful camera angles.

That’s what they said in the extras, they had to be very careful with the angles. Also that everyone had to were dark clothing and not move around to much. But still, this one was pretty visible. And not only was it visible but if looked easy to remove. (It looks like something I could remove with paint shop, but of course IANA editor.)
