So i finally got in contact with the LAA. Yes they are the LAA office.
They told me we can’t just hire someone else to finish the rest of the work and we have to email them about this open issue to see what we can do or cannot do about it. They basically said if we just hired someone else without notifitying them, there would be an issue.
Hells bells, I am not wasting any further time reading the posts.
GO DOWN TO THE FUCKING OFFICE IN PERSON AND ASK THE DESK HUMAN.
I think the OP has been given as much information as is possible to provide on a message board to solve his problems. I think to resolve the issue, it’s going to be necessary for the OP to deal with the issues directly, as he has been advised.
