I totaled up this number. I knew it would be a very low number. I decided to take the absoulte value and let that pick a question. It was, in fact, 1. So I took the value of your score for question 1 and doubled it. So if you Jokered #1 it quadrupled your score.
If the value for the total of the special bonus was zero, that would have been the international signal for my minions to go out and pull the mother-fucking system down. But perhaps another day.

IF everyone picked number 1 the total would have been 41, and I would have been screwed.
If everyone picked negative 1 the total would have been -41 and I would have been screwed.
But I knew that the numbers picked would be distributed evenly. The total added to (positive) 1. That selected the first question as a bonus. So, before applying the Joker to the scored replies, I doubled your score for it. So if you jokered that response, the way cmkeller 42fish tarragon918 Mullinator SenoraGO all did, you scored 80 points for that.
