fashion question

I’m full of questions today…normally I think I’ll start a thread about something then I forget about it and/or get too busy. So…

I wore black slacks today. I realized at some point this morning I had put on my loafers, the reddish cordovan penny loafer kind of color. Normally I wear black shoes with the black slacks. I don’t think it looks bad, just not what I would normally wear if I had thought about it an extra 2 seconds.

Not that I can change or anything, but bad choice or not?

Bad, bad choice.

Darker legs/lighter shoes always make the feet look like canoes.

Nope. Perfectly GQ, if you were wearing a cordovan belt to match.

depends on the shirt

Hmmmm, black belt. Shirt was a light color with a dark plaid kind of stripe.

I actually felt a little unfashionable, but it’s something I can deal with.

Belt and shoes being so far off is the only problem, and I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Well, ya know what they say about men with big feet.

They wear big shoes.

I’m pretty sure my FQ (“Fashion Quotient”) can’t get any lower, so I certainly can deal with the embarassment.

But thanks for the verification.
