Fat smoke?

We’ve all been pounded on as to the health hazard of second hand smoke. Studies have proven that a person inhaling the smoke might as well be smoking himself. That said, how is it not possible (or maybe it is possible) that someone working in a fast food place, inhaling grease smoke all day, would not develop a bad cholesterol problem, over time?

Yes and no. I won’t get into the issue of inhaled cooking fat. However, (anecdotal alert) folks I’ve known who’ve worked in fast food joints couldn’t stand to eat the stuff they cooked for several months after their employment there. I never asked a vegetarian cook if she couldn’t eat tofu for a year.
