I’ve also performed this as a solo on Communion Sunday, regardless of the season. Even did it a capella once. I love the chant-like melody of the song.

^^^ That song is also done by country duo Montgomery Gentry which is actually the only copy of the song that I have ever heard. I had no idea that it was done by anyone else.

I really hate 99% of any “traditional” Christmas songs.
Seriously, they’re all terrible. How does anyone like them? At least in this thread most of you are posting something other than traditional songs.
My absolute favorite is Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home.)
But I am the ONE person who loves Wonderful Christmastime. The production and synth sounds in that song warm my heart.
