As reported by MSNBC.com (and many other sources), former crematory operator Ray Brent Marsh, accused of dumping decaying bodies around his family business in Georgia, was indicted by a grand jury on 787 felony counts last month. My question is, is this a record? Should the guy be applying to the Guinness Book of World Records for the most felony counts against a single person? If someone has him beat in this category, who was it, and what did they do?
