I’m sure there are lots more than we know about. IMDB tends not to mention out-of-wedlock births. I vividly recall reading about Kim Basinger having a child by Prince, but no online source mentions any child other than her daughter by Alec Baldwin. I’m not saying celebrities shouldn’t be able to control their personal information, I just don’t think we’ll get a meaningful answer to the OP’s question.

In astro’s post, it’s a little strange that Wikipedia gives an exact date of birth for Soon-Yi Previn and an estimated date for her adoption. It’s actually just the opposite. Her true date of birth is unknown because she was found wandering the streets as a child and put in an orphanage (in South Korea). When she was adopted in 1978 by Mia Farrow and Andre Previn, they were told that no one knew her exact age, but the orphanage officials estimated that she was about 8. Farrow and Previn decided arbitrarily on a birthday for her. The exact day for her adoption is of course known.
Also, Mia Farrow doesn’t really fit into this thread because she had biological children by only two men.

That must not be too uncommon for Korean orphans. I knew a Korean girl with the same situation, no one knew how old she was exactly when she got adopted, they just kinda guessed, “oh she’s probably about 13”.
Yeah, it sounds like a rumor or mistaken memory to me too. I don’t think Kim Basinger has the power to go all Ministry of Truth on something that had already been reported.
A little Googling indicates that Prince had a son in 1996 with his then-wife (not Basinger), but the baby suffered from serious congenital health problems and died a few days after birth. Prince and Mrs. Prince apparently did their best to keep this quiet, but weren’t successful in keeping the story out of the media. Here’s an Entertainment Weekly article about it. Basinger (who had previously dated Prince) had her daughter with Alec Baldwin about a year before Prince’s son was born, so Krokodil may be mixing up the two celebrity gossip items.

Professional athletes alone would number in the hundreds who qualify, with some bonus extreme cases. For example, Travis Henry (NFL) has 9 children by 9 different women.
I find your objection naive, buying into the feminist fiction that all differences between the genders are a result socialization. It’s pretty obvious that men and women had millions of years of evolutionary pressure to approach sex in different ways. One of those ways for men was to spread their seed, and that was very different from the successful strategies for women.
Just purely physically, it’s only possible for a woman to have one child at a time (not counting twins, triplets, etc) but a man can have multiple children gestating simultaneously.

I used to work with a woman who had three children from three different men (all of whom were co-workers but none of whom had been married to her).
We used to joke that she had done it to maximize her child support. Standard child support at the time was 18% of the father’s salary for one child, 30% for two children, and 40% for three. But by their being three different fathers, she collected the full 18% for each of her children.
