With the rioting/looting last night, I guess Missouri Highway Patrol Capt. Ronald S. Johnson has some egg on his face, with his “There hasn’t been an incident tonight, last night, and I think if we had had this approach Sunday or Monday night, we wouldn’t have had any incidents then”.
Right. He improved the situation and reduced the tensions by a lot, but he didn’t make it perfect, and he may have been overly optimistic… but the important thing is to try and portray him in a bad light.
