Ficer67, why the hell are you peeing outside of your litterbox?

You realize that they’re going to call your bluff, right?

Glad my last post makes sense, Starving. This issue is sometimes a sore point for me, and I’m afraid I sometimes overreact on it.

Neuroman, as others have already said more articulately than I’m about to, what you said in response to my original post is nothing more than an opinion, albeit one which I’m prepared to admit is held by many more people than just yourself.

For me, it all boils down to an individual’s definition of what is a successful species or what is superior? I personally don’t think the human race can lay claim to either of those titles.

Oh, and your original post said nothing about our control over the environment as being “consequential”. I believed you used the term “mastery”, which y my definition is something quite different.

And this proves what exactly?

No problem.

Regards.

May I point out that when you get a pet you’re taking on a very large responsibility and a commitment? Certain people here seem to have a seriously deficient grasp of that concept. I hope to God they don’t ever get pets on a whim.

Pets may not be children, but I think most pet owners would rate their welfare higher than the furniture’s. Those whose hearts aren’t stone cold little lumps of coal anyway.
