In the Los Angeles suburbs collectively known as the South Bay (Redondo Beach, Torrance, etc.) the high-value real estate is primarily located in the communities of Palos Verdes Estates and Rolling Hills Estates.
That makes sense, as I think the show is supposed to be set in the Palos Verdes area.

There was an episode* where due to a misunderstanding an elephant was sought to be the new mascot. An actual elephant. I was able to find an earlier radio version of this episode where the the current team name was given as the Comets. But they didn’t seem to have an embodiment of a comet (which was used as a joke).
- The name “Al Lewis” pops up there. But that’s a different Al Lewis. Drat.

All the significant cast members are deceased. The last two were Patricia Benoit and Georgann Johnson, both passing last year.
Fun fact: The show previously on in that time slot was Doc Corkle. It lasted all of 3 weeks in October 1952.
Also Walter Matthau appeared in the pilot as a gym coach and Tony Randall later became a regular as a teacher. Talk about your odd couple. Hold that. Well, a non-odd couple?
Breaking Bad. Former employer of one “Walter White” aka "“Heisenberg”.

Famous (?) alumni include Walter White Jr. and Jesse Pinkman.
