A a commercial real estate agent I’ve been babysitting this 150,000 sq ft building for 2 years now trying to get a deal done. It had a lot of twists and turns and 1:00 AM calls for false burglar alarms and sprinkler alarms, and god knows how many other complex one armed pushups we had to do to get the deal closed but it’s finally done as of yesterday!
Picked up the commission check yesterday afternoon from the attorney and sent it to HQ this morning. It’s Miller time baby!
