I’ve played it before (years ago) and I found it on addictinggames.com but can no longer find it.
It was a sort of puzzle game, you were given certain items and you had to put them down in order to make actions happen. Then end goal was to get a little world to grow from nothing. There was a sequel made of it that was it “3D” or “cube” and was infinitely harder.

So about two minutes after I posted it i found the game.
Now I’m going to make it a game of how long it takes someone to find it from my crappy description of it… my guess is years.
