Does anyone have advice on searching for a book from my childhood about Atomic Energy. Search engines like alibris.com usually want an author or a title. I’ve done some hunting there, but I don’t see what I want.
The distinctive thing about this book was it had either some stickers or non-adhesive pictures the size of trading cards that had pictures of reactors, nuclear bomb test etc.
Just the other day I bought a children’s book on atomic energy
at a used book store. It’s titled “Our Friend the Atom”. I don’t
know who the author is (I’ll check tonight and let you know
tomorrow) but it’s illustrated by Walt Disney illustrators. It’s
a great cold war era book on atomic energy!
