Finnally, a pic of my cat yawning..must see

I’ve been trying for years without success to get a good shot of our Bengal cats (Zubin and Mehta) yawning.

My nephew was visiting recently, and got a wonderful picture of Zubin. See it at http://gallery.me.com/eardogproductions#100172/IMG_0337&bgcolor=black

Reminds me of a lion roaring.

Heh. Too cute!

I wished, earlier today, that I’d had my camera at the ready. My daughter’s kitten (about 10 weeks old) was perched on the back of our living room chair, with his chin resting on the back of the chair, and he looked so content. Like he wanted a cigarette or something. . .

Awesome pic! Your nephew is a pretty good photographer.

Wait till the cat finds out it’s on eardogproductions.

Excellent kitty fangs!

I love kitty fangs except not when they bite me, of course. But they are cool to look at.

I could never manage to take that picture because I’d be busy putting my finger in his mouth.

What handsome markings! Beautiful!

Oh, he’s gorgeous. I like Bengals.

Nice pic. It was fun to look through the other pics on there too.

Great picture! It is so hard to catch them yawning on film, they must be avoiding the camera on purpose.

Nice timing! I’d never be able to pull that off either.

Oooh, that’s very cool!

May I hang on to your threadtails?

Here’s my guy Jork, caught in a yawn.

My, what long sharp teeth you have, kittycat.

When I was twelve I managed to catch my cat Pokie in a yawn. Best picture I’ve ever taken!

Dammit your cats are making me yawn!

Awww, that’s too cute! It looks like he’s laughing!

I, too, looked at other albums from the OP’s link. I liked the one of Bengal kitty where he looks a bit miffed!

Of course, you remember Bob Hope’s theme song, don’t you? It was Fangs for the Memory.

lavenderviolet, I did not realize all the other pics were viewable. It was a bash for my wife’s 80th birthday. She is the Japanese lady in the blue dress, who looks more like 60 than 80. I’m the white-haired geezer. All our family and friends were there for a big suprise party for her, and it was a load of fun.

Falconfinder, the cat, Zubin, had just sniffed the little green cactus-thingie, then looked up, and to me, seemed to say, “What the hell is this thing?”

Lynn Bodoni, Bengal cats all have some pretty serious teeth! My guys are only five generations away from the Asian Leopard Cat, from which they are all descended.

Puppy yawns are pretty cute too:

Coincidentally, I captured this image of Cookie Monster yawning this morning.

Your wife is lovely and you look exactly like I’ve pictured. I couldn’t help but notice that lovely quilt under some of the artwork. Did your wife make it?
