I would still really like to see one!! And shoot one! If for no other reason than they are so rare in this country. Even G18s are pretty rare. But I’ve seen at least a couple of those. And those little conversion deals are VERY easy to come by and cheap too. What’s better, is one can put those conversions on any Glock. So you can have a fullauto 45, or 357sig or 10mm (woohoo). The converted 17 shoots just like the 18. But… it’s NOT an 18. So there is a bit of the “I have one, and you dont” value of the 18…

They are both original factory HK. No conversions. The company I worked for at the time (and still call “my shop” or “my store”) is the only Official HK Law Enforcement Distributor for the southeast. So ANY agency in those states wanting MP5s or UMPs or whatever has to get them from us. So, we had pleanty of samples of everything to play with.
