Seriously … one thing I found out from going through this set, and that I was very surprised at, was that a lot of their early schtick was from found objects. For instance, the Deputy Dan coloring book which they read and misinterpret on “Dear Friends” was an actually coloring book printed and distributed by the LAPD back in the early 70’s.
