First meal with the pressure cooker

I’ve used my pressure cooker for canning and chicken broth (best broth I’ve made yet) but tonight I’m actually going to use it for meat and a in a true test of a cooker - pulled pork.

My plan
:
Brown shoulder in cooker with a little bit of oil and finish up fat side down.
Cook for 1 hour at 15 psi in my homemade barbeque sauce of 1 can crushed tomatoes, 1/2 sweet onion (too much onion - next time maybe 1/4 onion), 6-7 cloves of garlic, 1/4 C apple cider vinegar, 1T mustard seed, 1.5C brown sugar, 2t liquid smoke.

try some taters and carrots either alone or at the end on the meat time.
