I just read a few months ago that tinnitus gets worse with age, and it is now becoming a serious problem for me - it is actually louder than quiet passages on tv.

BTW, aren’t there web sites to check one’s hearing? Granted, a lot depends on how crappy your computer speaker speakers are…

I have a real tough ttime in loud bars., but I notice I’m not alone. Too many loud concerts in my youth. I always wear earplugs these days at loud concerts.
