I’m not a runner, but I run. Saturdays are generally my distance run (8-11 miles). I’m training for nothing 
On the 9th during my run, I strained a muscle at about mile 5. I made it to 8.
On the 13th, I had a minor internal surgery (all is well so far…) and I had to take a week off.
Today, I did 4 miles straight. My goal was 3 just to get back in the swings of things. I probably could have done another, but wanted to keep it easy.
It felt good to get back at it.
My aim is 7-8 on Saturday!
