Real life situation…
Man has sex with an underage girl (step daughter) in Florida. He may have legally adopted her. Years later, when she is far past legal age, she threatens him with legal action unless he he pays her lots of money. Both now live(d) in different states although she still emails him naked pics of herself and their emails are porn to say the least.
Is there a statute of limitations concerning this law in Florida? I put “live(d)” above because the guy has killed himself last week so, I do not need an answer fast.
She stole his laptop computer and turned it over to the State Police in the state where she lives; that is how we know about the pics and emails. If she sent him pics of her when she was under legal age, is that considered child porn and would she be considered a sex offender if the pics were of her younger self?
This is starting to sound like a cheap soap opera! :smack:
