Trope I hate:
Fake Glasses + Hair Up = Ugly
I’m sorry, the ‘Nerd girl’ done up with a hairstyle + flat pane’d glasses is hotter than 90% of the people I’ll encounter this year. There’s a place in Hollywood for ugly people.
I’d always just assumed flat lenses addressed some sort of vision problem I wasn’t familiar with. Plus they look cool.
