FLOR Carpeting Tiles and other carpeting tile experiences?

Seems like it’s a bad idea to have completely bare floors as far as heating costs go. FLOR seems like a nice alternative but I’m wondering about people’s experiences. They’re not on Amazon so I can’t see lots of in depth reviews. There are different levels of “traffic” and I’m curious to know how they’ve held up for you over the years.

I’m going to move in 4-5 years but still want the house to look “new” (it’s pretty much all been redone in the last year, inside and out; I understand I’ll have to do little things but I want it looking great and move-in ready). That includes these tiles.

So, is FLOR great or terrible or are there other brands out there that deserve one’s attention?

10 years before a reply Still a good start on the topic of carpet tiles.

Yes @ OP I’ve revived your dead thread, zombies already ate my brains however I can report in good honest faith I am a consumer of flor.

Wall to wall tiles over mended sub floors. Slate tiles replacing 30 yo beige Berber carpet. Big change :ghost:

That’s more attractive than I would have guessed!
