  1. How long does an estate stay in Probate in Florida?

  2. Does Florida honor and accept a will from another state?

  3. If I live in Florida, I die, and I don’t have a will that Florida accepts, how is my
    estate distributed after Probate? Does my spouse get most of it? My adult
    children? How do the courts decide?
