I don’t do SETI@Home. I do Folding@Home. This is an application of the distributed computing principle to the problem of deducing protein structures from first principles. It’s about as complex as the SETI problem, but it’s more my style. Also, unlike SETI@Home, they actually have had some positive results :p.
