Stewart’s is a chain of convenience stores in New York and Vermont. I had one of their store brand sodas the other day and I was surprised at how good it was.

The A&P house brand when I was a child. That stuff had more flavour than Hires. A&P stores no longer exist here, so it is no longer available, but I have very fond memories of that root beer.
