It’s my understanding that traditionally pork is used, but in America I’ve never seen “pork vindaloo” it’s always chicken or lamb, occasionally shrimp. In any case, I usually get the lamb, just because it’s not something I ever cook at home.

I took one bite, forced myself to swallow it, and threw the rest out. Then I tried “vegetarian” haggis, made with oatmeal. Just as bad.
