Food Network - Chopped...Chicken stuffed watermelon, is it racist?

Show is on right now and one the contestants is blac…err African-American. One of the mystery ingredients is a chicken baked in a watermelon! Is it racist? What were the producers of the show thinking! :smack:

Oh…BTW, this is totally a tongue in cheek jab at the super PC members who I hope will read this. The ingredient is real, but my indignation isn’t! So THERE super PC members! :dubious:

Reported for trolling.

Wait. . ., if you have chicken and watermelon in the same dish-- that’s racist? And all of a sudden you can’t say that some one is black?

Oh, oh-- we’re pretending that black people and those that are alarmed at the racist ways this country can sometimes act are super sensitive! That’s probably because us black folk are the real racists for the hypothetical outrage your feeling.

Iirc didnt they stop showing black extras in KFC commercials for a few years because they were afraid of the association and being called racist?

No, that never happened. In the mid 90’s they did go all blackity in predominately black neighborhoods and have always marketed to blacks as do all fast food restaurants. Where did you get this idea?

[Moderating]

It makes the moderators’ jobs a lot easier when you come right out and admit that you’re trolling. That will, of course, be a Warning.
