Say what? Never even heard of it.
Ohhh I love sour cream. Part of the reason I substitute is that I’d use way too much. I usually make and strain my own after letting it perk for at least 8 hours, so it’s pretty sour.
Now I find sour cream too heavy, even for baked potatoes. <shug> I’m not a purist when it comes to sour cream.
