Foods with testosterone

Well it looks to me like they’ve established hibiscus extract in rats and bulls. It’s going to be a safe bet that people drink aphrodisiac hibiscus tea for a good reason, I would think.
I wouldn’t bet against parsnips either, though I haven’t seen any science yet - but I’m not looking for that, I’m supposed to have my questions answered by swarms of nerds here, not do it all myself.

I’m primary hypogonadal (testosterone deficient) and I was told that testosterone isn’t available in oral formulations because the liver is too good at filtering it out before it has a chance to be effective. That meant than receiving a functional dosage would require taking enough to end up causing liver damage. Assuming my doctor was right about this than this wouldn’t be an issue of steroid effects but one of liver damage.

No, they have a study in male rats that found Hibiscus extract seemed to increase their own testosterone production, hence the larger testes … a phytoandrogen would cause reduction in testicular volume. That was what Dr. Cube was asking about (with effects in humans). It is more than a pedantic distinction.
