JL, from another thread I gather that you live in/near Cork, is that correct? If so, would you mind sending me an email? If you wouldn’t mind finding and passing on the information, I’d like to know where to go looking for birth records in Cork. I believe my grandfather was born there (he was dead before I was born, so I’m a little hazy on this), and I’d like to get a copy of his birth certificate. I have ZERO idea of how to go about doing that, though.
