I am usually not much of a fan of sci-fi (I have never seen an episode of Star Trek) but I absolutely LOVED Firefly. (The movie kicked ass as well.)
Also, I don’t know if they’ve done it before, but UHD is showing the series in HD on Thursday/Friday evenings (one episode a week), and they just started a run of it. I caught the pilot last night and I had to watch it even though I’ve seen it so many times before - it looked excellent (except for a few of the SFX, anyways).

Allow me to add my voice to the throng. It’s only the best show that ever got cancelled eleven episodes in… wait, that doesn’t sound enthusiastic enough.

I join in with all due enthusiasm. Definitely worth a purchase. Haven’t seen the movie yet, though, so can’t vouch for it. But the series is great stuff.

Yes! **Objects in Space **is the best hour-long episode of any show I’ve seen.

I’m more interested in what Jewel Staite looks like naked. Though maybe this is more about Kaylee, River, Inara, and Zoe all stuck in an overheating shuttle together and having to strip down…er, I’ll be in my bunk.
