There are lots of place still making parts for both motors. Ford SVO parts from your local Ford dealer would be a could place to start. The 429 is still available from Ford as a crate motor. Jack Roush will sell you a 427 built to your specs. Google 427 Ford or 429 Ford and you will get plenty of other sites willing to sell you every up to complete engines. If I was going to put a big block Ford in something, I think I would go for one of these 514 cubic inch monsters. Nothing says power like cubic inches and the more, the better.
