Since the OP appears to be seeking legal advice, let’s move this to IMHO.

Translated:

I’m here in the US awaiting approval to be considered for political asylum from my country of origin [not specified]

I obtained a fake ID so I could obtain a license to drive to my workplace.

Another person [not sure if seeking asylum too, but is also an alien] is blackmailing me [method of blackmail not specified].

Our OP wants to know whether calling the police against his blackmailer is a good idea, seeing as he has been engaging in what would be considered criminal activities.

Our OP wants to know what sort of penalties HE might incur, and whether his blackmailer will also incur penalties.

Hope this helps!

It’s impossible to answer your question except at a very high level since these things depend on, among other things, details and jurisdictions but both of you would be subject to one or more of the following consequences:
-arrest
-imprisonment
-fine
-deportation (extradition is a different thing)
-nothing

Is your driver’s license legit? Or is it the false identification?

If your license is legit, then isn’t it on the state that issued you a legitimate license?

I would ignore your blackmailer, especially if you have a valid driver’s license.
