Ross 128 is a very close star. It’s only 11 light years away and there are only a dozen star systems closer than that. Tabby’s Star is over 1000 ly away. There may be aliens there, but they ain’t going to be talking to us.
Recently, they’ve found strange radio signals from Ross128. Pretty certain they’re from deep space (i.e. not produced by something on Earth or in the Solar System), but not like anything they’ve seen before. Yeah, they’ll say they’re from a new kind of solar flare or something. You going to believe that?
Now I’m not saying it’s space aliens, but…
